Updated HUSKY Eligibility Manual

CT Voices for Children updated the electronic version of the HUSKY Eligibility Manual to reflect recent state legislative changes. A major change noted in the manual is the increase in the HUSKY A income guidelines for parents or other caretaker relatives from 150% of the federal poverty level (FPL) to 185% of FPL, effective July 1, 2007. This means that the HUSKY A income guidelines for children, pregnant women, and parents are now the same for the first time in the history of the program. (The income guidelines for children in HUSKY B remain unchanged).

All sections except Appendix D have been updated. To download HUSKY Eligibility Manual sections and/or replace the chapters and appendices in your manual, visit the Connecticut Voices for Children website at http://www.ctkidslink.org/toolkit/toolkit.cgi
