Shelton Kindergarten Registration: January 25-29th

Lafayette and Mohegan Schools: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon & 12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

Booth Hill, Elizabeth Shelton, Long Hill and Sunnyside Schools: 9:30 a.m.-12:00 noon & 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

Requirements: Shelton Kindergarten Registration

Children who will be five years of age on or before January 1 of any year may register at their respective assigned schools.

Parents planning to register their child/children for attendance in the Shelton School System MUST provide two (2) forms of verification of local residency. Verification documents that will be accepted are as follows: Utility bill, copy of rental lease, mortgage receipt, driver's license and/or passport. These documents MUST be brought to school at the time of registration. No parent will be allowed to register their child/children for school unless proof of residency is provided .

In addition, parents are asked to supply the school with the child's/children's official birth certificate (original, with raised seal), immunization records, and passport (if needed).
