PreschoolTools.org was funded through the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund through the Discovery Initiative. Ansonia, Derby and Shelton are 3 of 49 communities receiving the funds to promote the following objectives:
- Expanding the supply of high quality care and education
- Improving the quality of existing early care and education
- Building stronger connections between early care and elementary education
- Improving students' social, emotional and academic performance
We believe that the Parents are a Child’s First Teachers and hope that this website will assist you in the very important work of “growing” your child.
PreschoolTools.org provides tips, techniques and resources for families raising, and providers caring for, young children, especially in the Lower Naugatuck Valley.
